A Volunteer Opportunity

The Advent has a long-standing lay ministry through which trained members make pastoral visits to our fellow parishioners who are homebound or in nursing homes. We typically have between fifty and sixty people in this situation - some for weeks, and some for years. Volunteers are always needed. The training is painless and the time commitment involved can be as little as an hour or two per month.
