The Robert Smith Jr. Institute of Beeson Divinity School invites you to participate in a one day event with Dr. Mark Gignilliat, Beeson Professor of Divinity: Advent and the Psalms of Ascent.Join Dr. Gignilliat for an insightful look at the Psalms within the whole of Scripture as preparation for preaching and teaching the Word of God in the seasons of Advent and Christmas. Dr. Gignilliat brings a wealth of experience in teaching the study of the Old Testament and the theological interpretation of Scripture. He also serves as Canon Theologian at the Cathedral of the Advent in Birmingham, AL.
