Royal Cup: the Advent’s Partner in Hospitality Ministry

On Rally Day (Sunday, September 8), the Advent will introduce an enhanced beverage experience in Clingman Commons and by the Assembly Hall downstairs.

We’re grateful for our longtime relationship with Royal Cup, the Advent’s partner in hospitality ministry. The Royal Cup team guided the Advent through the reimplementation process over the summer, helping ensure all details from coffee blend selection to presentation align in a way that creates warm and gracious spaces in which gospel-centered relationships may grow and develop.

On Sunday mornings in Clingman Commons, regular and decaffeinated coffee options will be served on the wall to the right of The Chapter Room. The regular coffee selection will be a new-to-the-Advent European blend that is widely used in fine dining establishment and offers a richer taste than previously available blends. A selection of organic hot teas and ice water will be available on the table under the clock.

Regular coffee, in a larger 3-gallon carafe, will be served downstairs, along with ice water.

All Advent beverage stations will feature paper cups with sleeves, new wooden stirrers, lids, and a selection of condiments.
