Bishop Hulstrand was a great one. We live in an era in which we don’t know what bishops are for, and those who are ask the same.
He led as a pastor and was a man of prayer. Let us give thanks for Bp. Hulstrand, but above all let us praise the Living God whom he served and now beholds face to face.
