Dear Advent Parishioners,

The Cathedral Church of the Advent has long accepted its need to share the good news of the gospel, but I would like to encourage you also to share the good news of Advent Episcopal School by following our blog.

As with any association, business, school or church, the primary reason that people choose to invest time, talent, treasure, or their child’s future, is word of mouth. Our blog demonstrates the importance of Advent using social media and other methods to get our message out, but nothing is ever as effective as someone who says, “Let me tell you about…”

Most importantly, I encourage you to come and worship with us on Wednesday mornings at 8:15 for chapel/morning prayer. Canon Smalley leads us every week in this vital ministry we share as a beacon of faith for this community and beyond.

Advent Episcopal School is a unique place that strives for excellence in all areas. Our strengthening relationship with the church is evident. Thank you for your continued support of the school. We also ask that you pray for all children and families in all schools, as parents do their best to provide the foundation needed for a purpose-filled life. I encourage you to learn more about Advent Episcopal School. There is so much to be thankful for at our school and church. This is a great place to grow together!
