It’s that time! The Cathedral Choir is holding its fall fundraiser through October 15, selling Boston Butts and Smoked Hams from Butts To Go. Here are the details:
- Boston Butts: $45; 5 pounds each with yield of 4-4.25 pounds of
lean meat that feeds 16-18 people - Smoked Bone-In Hams: $50; 8 pounds each with yield of 4-5
pounds of meat that feeds 18 people
To place an order, please see individual choir members or visit the choir’s table in Clingman Commons after each of the morning services on Sundays, October 8 and 15. Orders can also be placed online here. The deadline for orders is Sunday, October 15, with pick-up on Friday, October 27, 4:00- 6:00 p.m. at the Advent Porte Cochere. Butts may also be designated as a donation supporting our ministry to our neighbors at Park Place and Bankhead Towers. Donated items will be picked up separately by residents.
The choir occasionally raises funds to support projects such as the most-recent choir tour to St. Paul’s Cathedral, London. These projects enable us to spread our ministry and the gospel around the world, while also providing invaluable experience to the choir.
