The Cathedral Choir will sing Choral Eucharist for Ascension Day on Thursday, May 18, at 6:00 p.m. in the Nave. The Feast of the Ascension is one of the seven major feast days in Anglican tradition.
Among the music to be sung is Harold Darke’s Communion Service in E, the motet Coelos ascendit hodie by Charles Villiers Stanford, and the motet Viri Galiliaei by Dulos Couillart.
