The Cathedral Choir will sing a service of Choral Evensong in commemoration of All Saints’ Day on Thursday, November 2, at 5:30 p.m. in the Nave. Among the music to be sung is Bring Us, O Lord God by William Harris, Magnificat and Nunc Dimittis in B minor by Herbert Howells, and The Souls of the Righteous by Geraint Lewis. Canon Gardner will officiate. A sung version of the Evening Prayer service, Evensong is drawn almost entirely from the Bible.
