The Advent is grateful to be included in the important moments
of your family’s life. Baptizing a child is certainly one of these moments! Taking this step communicates God’s commitment to your child through the grace of Jesus Christ and demonstrates your decision to raise your child to come to know, love, and trust Jesus.
In order to fully prepare you for this wonderful experience, a panel of Advent leaders recorded a series of podcasts and designed a workbook to help you understand the journey you’re about to undertake.
Please Download the Infant Baptism Workbook (or request a printed copy from Robin@CathedralAdvent.com), listen to each podcast episode, complete the questions in the workbook, and return them to either Robin or the minister baptizing your child. If at any point during this process you have any questions, please direct them to Robin.
