On Monday, February 1, and Wednesday, February 3, a group of parishioners will meet at the Advent at 10:00am and carpool to Decatur Highway Church of Christ which is serving as the hub for relief at the moment.
For those of you who might like to join in the effort, there is literally something for everyone. Their efforts currently include the following: yard clean up, tarping damaged roofs, cutting trees, pull brush, prayer teams for families affected (sitting on the porch praying with family while work is happening around them), packers for distribution center, letter writing to those affected, etc.
